How returns and refunds work
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items bought at more than 30% off, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear and accessories are final sale. Choose store credit for the full value plus a 10% bonus, or a refund to your original payment method minus a $9.95 return fee, issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
