14-day returns

If something is not quite right, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, intimates and pierced jewelry are final sale.

How to return

Email us through the Contact page with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.
